At the House of Mr. Samuel Peech, the Angel Inn Sheffield on Tuesday the 11th Day of December 1787 subject to such Conditions as will be then and there produced.

A Desirable Freehold Estate situate at Totley in the Parish of Dronfield and County of Derby now in the Possession of Mr. Samuel Frith as Tenant at Will who will show the Premises.

At a public House at Totley Moor Side a few miles from Sheffield the same day two men had agreed to shoot at a mark for a wager, one of the persons Geo. Green a young man of Whitley Wood in that neighbourhood had charged one and was priming the other gun when the 1st which he had reared against a table fell down went off and lodged its contents in the unfortunate youth who after exclaiming "Lord Have Mercy On Me " expired immediately.
